Some trick to deal your stress and reduce your tired.

  Heyo guys,I’m back.Today we are gonna speak a bit around “Tired”.Do you feel so tired nowadays?you just play a game,work a bit,or fill out your homework but you feel so tired?Veneno here wanna give you a simple things that can reduce your “Tired”.But the first one,we need to know what’s reason that we feel sooo tired.Alright,to the point.

This is some reason that you feel stress and sooo tiredd:

#Too many work,thinking,or moving.
  You are very clever student,a hard work people,or a “houseuser”.Sometimes you just work work and work.Also for students,you just study again,over and over again.Don’t you think if we are a robot too?






#Forgot to eat or drink something.
#Forgot to talk or chats with friends or family.
#Forgot to rest for a minutes.
#Forgot to sleep.

There’s some reason that we need to look up in to our body.So what we can to do for make our body come back and fresh again?here’s the step.

*Give atleast 5 minutes for rest.
If you still working,fill out homework,try to rest for a while (around 5 minutes or more).Our brain and our body need to be refreshed for a while.Don’t forget to drink some waters or a can of soda.Or you can eat for a while.

*Do not late for sleep.
Best time for sleep:Around 10.00 PM-00.00 AM.If we late to sleep,we will not have “fresh” body at the morning.But some peoples have different sleep time aren’t they?
*Sports
After you get up from your bed,try to “Shake” your body for a minutes.Also drink 2 glass of water.You can run a bit,push up,sit up,or etc.
*Chat or Talk a bit with your friend
Try to talk a bit with your friend to fill up your body with happiness so you will not bored.More smile,more fit.
