       Malang City is a cold city in East Java.Because Malang has cold weather,this city have a “national meatball”. This is not just a meatball.This food is very very delicious.At the first time we eat this food,we will get surprized.Malang’s meatball have smooth texture,very smooth that can “engage” our tounge.This food called “Bakso Malang” in Indonesia.Bakso Malang have grey colour,with smooth texture and very delicious.We can find this food around Java’s Island.But we can find this food at other provinces in Indonesia (around 30%-50%).You can buy this food around IDR 5000-IDR 40.000 or $1-$4 (depends on the meatball size.

      At Malang City or Java,we can find this food everywhere,everytime.If can’t buy this food from Indonesia,you can look around your city.If you can’t find it,you also can make this.So what’s the ingredients?it’s very very easy and simple.We can find this ingredients at market.
There are:
#Main Ingredients

*350 grams cow’s meat (Need to fresh)
*50 grams wheat
*100 cc cold water
*1 egg
*4 white onions
*1/2 spoon of paper
*3 spoon of salt.

#Secondary Ingredients (For the soup)

*2 liters water
*600 grams cow’s bone
*6 white onions
*1/2 spoon of paper
*2 leeks,sliced
*3 spoon of salt.

How to make it?just search it at google bro! :v.Ahahaha,just kidding.Alright,let’s go the point.

*First of all,minced the meat.Mix the white onions,paper,salt,wheat,egg,and cold water in one bowl.After that,mix it and make a ball texture (Big and Small) and then place it in hot water.

*Second of all,pick the meatballs,and cook it again.

*Third of all,for make a soup,we need to mix the onions,pepper,and salt.Make a hot water,and then put the onions,pepper,and salt to the boiled water.Don’t forget to put the bones and the leeks.After that,pick out the meatballs to the boiled water.Wait up around 15-30 minutes.

*Last one,pick a clean bowl,take your hot meatball and then you can try to eat Malang’s Meatball.
